ATW’s privacy policy is that we will not provide any information about you to any source whatsoever. This means we will not sell, trade, share or exchange the personal information that you provide. Any information you are requested to provide is for ATW’s use only.

Use common sense in providing any personal or financial information at any site on the Web. Also keep your password a secret; do not divulge it to anyone. Be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

You should understand that any and all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials, whether publically posted or privately transmitted are the sole responsibility of the person posting such content and you, not ATW, are entirely responsible for any and all content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via any of ATW’s services.

While we make every effort to prevent the posting of content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable we do not claim to nor does ATW have control of everything posted and cannot be held responsible should you view or read something you find offensive.

You agree you will not use ATW to upload, post or transmit any material or content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful or racially or ethnically or sexual preference offensive.

You agree not to attempt to, or do anything that may be harmful to the welfare of a minor in any fashion. You agree not to engage in any fraud of any nature or infringe any copyright.

You will not use the service to transmit any junk mail, or spam or other mass mailing type activity. You will not upload any virus into ATW or any other system.

ATW may not be used for any commercial purpose except that the bulletin board may be used to offer services of interest to visitors and also post schedules/auditions, etc for productions.

In using any of the services at ATW use your common sense. The web is not as anonymous as you may think; an electronic trail is created every time you sign on and you can and will be held legally liable for misconduct by anyone harmed by your activities.

You agree to indemnify and hold ATW, its officers, agents and others associated with ATW harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, use, or connection to ATW or your violation of these terms or the rights of another.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion or part of the service provided to you, any use of the service or access to ATW.

ATW reserves the right to limit the amount of disk space that may be used for a web page.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms upon reasonable notice to you. You agree to hold ATW harmless to you or to any third party for any suspension, discontinuance or disruption of services.

You agree that ATW may, in its sole discretion, terminate your password, discontinue email and or take down pages and remove and discard any content within the services for any reason including, without limitation, lack of use or if ATW believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the service may be effected without prior notice to you and agree that ATW may immediately deactivate or delete your site and all related information and files and bar any further access to such files or services. In addition you agree that ATW shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.

ATW does not control outside links to the site and cannot be held responsible for such links or for any damage or loss caused or alleged to have been caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and is provided to you on an ‘as is’ basis. ATW expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, implied or express. We make no representation that the service will meet your requirements, will not be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, reliable or accurate.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the service is done at your own discretion and risk and ATW is not responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that result.

You expressly understand and agree that ATW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the use of the services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions

For example, you set up a web page to advertise a play your theater is mounting and for technical reasons the site does down, ATW is not responsible for the loss of any ticket sales you anticipated. Another example would be someone posts on the bulletin board the availability of a pair of tickets for a ‘hot’ show and you order them but do not receive them. Again, ATW is not responsible but we expect you to notify us so we can block any further access to the site by the offending party. These are only two examples of problems which can arise but we are taking every possible step to avoid happening.

The foregoing constitutes the complete agreement between ATW and you as user and you agree that the laws of the State of New York shall govern any dispute arising herein. ATW does not waive any rights due to any failure to immediately enforce them and the provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the term of your use of the services herein provided.
